Woman unscathed following rollover crash LIBERTY TOWNSHIP - A woman was not reported to be injured when her car overturned into a creek along Chapparal Road on Jan. 11.
At approximately 2:52 p.m., Vendela J.M. Shepherd, 18, of West Union, was driving a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire westbound on Chapparal Road, according to a report by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Georgetown Post. The car traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned down an embankment. It then came to rest on the driver's side in a small creek.
Shepherd has been cited by the OSHP for operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
