Crowd turns out to visit new humane society shelter
WEST UNION - More than 120 people visited the new Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. facility on Thursday evening for a sneak peak at the structure and at the possibilities for services, once funding is in place to open the shelter. The facility is located on state Route 41 south, behind Grandview Weekend Outlet.

Manchester School-based Health Center complete
MANCHESTER - Almost a year after ground was broken for a school-based health center which would also serve the community, the ribbon was cut on the finished building on April 30. The 2,300 square-foot facility was built between the Manchester high school and elementary buildings.
